Dublin Accident on Interstate 680 near Bollinger Canyon Road Kills Pedestrian

Dublin, California (August 31, 2021) – A woman died after being struck by a vehicle early Monday morning in Dublin, the California Highway Patrol said.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened on Interstate 680 (Donald Doyle Highway) near Bollinger Canyon Road shortly before 1:00 a.m. on August 30.
The female pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle while crossing the freeway's southbound lanes under unclear circumstances.
Fatal Dublin Pedestrian Accident
Sadly, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash resulted in the closure of the Southbound lanes for an unknown time.
