Rider Suffers Major Injuries in Dunlap Motorcycle Accident on Highway 180 (East Kings Canyon Road)

Dunlap, California (October 27, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a collision with a pickup truck in Dunlap, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury crash happened at around 2:34 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, on Highway 180, also known as East Kings Canyon Road.
CHP said the motorcyclist collided with the pickup truck on Highway 180 under unclear circumstances.

Emergency crews who responded to the incident found the motorcyclist lying down on the roadway.
The rider was then taken to a local hospital with major injuries. The identity of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
A section of East Kings Canyon Road was blocked for an unknown period following the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
