Rider Seriously Hurt in San Diego Bike Accident on Sorrento Valley Road near Torrey Preserve
San Diego, California (August 15, 2022) – An elderly man sustained major injuries when his bike collided with a parked vehicle in San Diego on Saturday, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened in the 11600 block of Sorrento Valley Road near Torrey Preserve on Saturday, August 13.
According to the report, a 79-year-old man was riding an electric bike in the area when he crashed into a car that was allegedly parked illegally.
The rider was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
There were no further details on the collision.
