, Calif. -The Department of Medical Examiner has identified the 65-year-old man who died in a multi-vehicle crash on the (10) Freeway Thursday near Rosemead.

Rosemead, Calif. – One person died in a traffic collision that happened early Thursday morning in Rosemead, the California Highway Patrol said.

The wreck was reported around 4 a.m. on the westbound near San Gabriel Boulevard.

The collision may have been a head-on involving a wrong-way driver, but authorities did not confirm the information.

A man in his 60s died in the crash.

Investigators closed all westbound lanes of the freeway following the accident.
