Eloise Wilcoxson Among 4 Killed in Renton Multi-Vehicle Crash near SE 192nd Street and 140th Ave SE

Renton, Wash. – Eloise Wilcoxson, 12, was one of four parties who were killed in a collision in Renton on Tuesday afternoon, the King County Medical Examiner's Office said.

The incident happened near SE 192nd Street and 140th Ave SE just before 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 19.

The Washington State Patrol said four vehicles were involved in the collision which caused one of them rolled over.

A woman driving a and three minors in the van, among them Eloise Wilcoxson, died at the site of the collision.

Three other parties sustained life-threatening injuries were rushed to a Seattle hospital. 

A fourth party only sustained minor injuries.

Authorities said speed is suspected to have played a role in the collision and one of the drivers, an 18-year-old male, is expected to face charges.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
