Eric Magallon Jr. Seriously Injured in Fresno County Work Accident along Table Mountain Road
Fresno County, California (January 20, 2022) – The Hobart worker who was rushed to a hospital with severe burns after an explosion at a building under construction in Fresno County on Monday afternoon has been identified as Eric Magallon Jr., 19, according to a local news source.
The accident happened at the Table Mountain Resort and Casino building under construction along Table Mountain Road on Monday, January 17.
Gas is suspected to have caused the explosion in the building. A sprinkler system helped to prevent fire from spreading to other parts of the building.

Magallon Jr. was among Hobart employees who were working at site and he sustained severe burns to his arms and Torso. He was flown to CRMC and went into surgery.
Other Hobart workers and construction workers were evacuated from the building following the explosion.
Hobart is a company that specializes in restaurant appliances.
The authorities are investigating to find out what caused the explosion.
