The impact caused Abdulla's vehicle to crash through the guardrail and it rolled down an embankment

Umatilla County, OR – Two people were injured in a crash between two vehicles in Umatilla County on Monday night, according to the Oregon State Police
The incident took place on Interstate 84 at Milepost 223 on Monday, July 1.
The OSP said a pickup truck with a trailer had parked on the side of the freeway after it over-heated and was shortly after sideswiped by a commercial motor vehicle driven by Amanj Abdulla of Richmond, Texas.
The impact caused Abdulla's vehicle to crash through the guardrail and it rolled down an embankment.
Abdulla complained of back and shoulder pain and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The driver of the truck, Ernesto Morales Diaz, 32, of Leander, Texas, was treated for minor abrasions.
The OSP is investigating the incident.
