Stockton, Calif. – A motorcycle rider was fatally injured in a crash involving a big rig on Interstate 5 in Stockton Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, the wreck was reported at around 5:08 a.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway just south of Downing Avenue of-ramp.
Reportedly, a big rig collided with a motorcycle in unclear circumstances.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and was lying on the roadway with fatal injuries.
The unidentified motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the crash site.
