Orange, CA – One person was killed and five others injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 241 in Orange early Saturday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at around 1:15 a.m. on May 10 on the northbound State Route 241 and Santiago Canyon Road.
Reportedly, a black sedan, a gray sedan and two other vehicles were involved in the traffic collision. Investigators said one of the vehicles was travelling wrong-way causing the wreck.
One person died following the mishap. Five other people were rushed to the local hospitals for treatment.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
