A rider was killed after colliding with a vehicle near the intersection of Southeast 122nd Avenue and Stark Street in Portland

Portland, Ore. – A motorcycle rider was killed after crashing with a vehicle near an intersection in Portland Sunday afternoon.
According to Portland Police Bureau reports, the tragic traffic collision happened at around 2:48 p.m. near the intersection of Southeast 122nd Avenue and Stark Street.
Authorities said a motorcycle collided with a car near the intersection for reasons not yet established.
The biker was killed in the wreck.
The identity of the motorcyclist was upheld pending notification of the next of kin.
The police said Southeast 122nd Avenue is closed in both directions between Stark Street and Ash Street.
More information about the collision was not provided.
