Vancouver, Wash. – A pedestrian was struck and killed in a crash at Northeast 134th Avenue in Vancouver Tuesday night.
According to the Vancouver Police Department, the deadly auto-pedestrian accident was reported at around 9:30 p.m. on March 12 at Northeast 134th Avenue and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard.
According to a witness, the victim was jaywalking when they were hit by a car that fled the scene. The driver later came back and the police said he was not impaired.
The pedestrian, whose identity was not immediately disclosed died at the scene.
More details about the wreck was not provided.
