1 Seriously Injured in Florin Crash at 65th Street and 53rd Avenue
Florin, California (January 30, 2022) –One person sustained serious injuries following a traffic collision that happened Saturday evening at an intersection in Florin, the California Highway Patrol said.
The major injury crash happened at around 5:12 p.m. Saturday, January 29, at the intersection of 65th Street and 53rd Avenue.
According to the CHP, a sedan collided with another vehicle at the Florin intersection. The sedan sustained major front-end damage as a result of the crash.
Florin Two-Vehicle Accident Injures One
A female party was trapped inside the wreckage and had to be extricated by firefighters.
One person was taken to a hospital with major injuries. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
The intersection of 65th Street and 53rd Avenue was temporarily closed due to the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
