At Least 1 Injured in Fontana Crash on Interstate 15 near Foothill Freeway
Fontana, California (January 28, 2022) – At least one person was seriously injured in a crash involving a big rig in Fontana on Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.
A black sedan was involved in the collision with a semi truck on the southbound side of Interstate 15 near Foothill Freeway.
The incident was reported at around 2:03 p.m. January 27.
The impact sent the car off the side of the interstate and down a ditch.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and helped the parties involved in the accident.
At least one person was extricated and transported to a hospital with major injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
