, CA – The San Bernadino County Medical Examiner's office has identified the female driver who was killed in a two-vehicle traffic collision on Wednesday as Frances Bustillos, 39, of San Bernardino.

Frances Bustillos was operating a Nissan Versa that was rear-ended by a Freightliner at about 1:23 p.m. on the southbound near the junction.

Bustillos was pronounced dead at the scene. Her female passenger was injured in the incident.

San Bernardino, CA. – One person was killed and another was seriously injured in a traffic collision that caused a to overturn on Wednesday afternoon.

The 1:45 p.m. collision happened on the southbound 215 Freeway near the 210 Freeway junction, according to a statement from the California Highway Patrol's San Bernardino Office.

A Nissan Versa traveling southbound on the freeway when it came to a sudden stop for unknown reasons and was rear-ended by a Freightliner box truck.

The unidentified female driver of the Versa was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

A female passenger of the Nissan was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

More details about the accident were not released.
