Frank Sanchez Jr Killed in Bakersfield Train Accident near Baker and Sumner Streets
Bakersfield, California (September 21, 2021) – Frank Sanchez Jr., 50, was struck and killed by a train in east Bakersfield last Wednesday night, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported near the intersection of Baker and Sumner Streets on Wednesday, September 15.
Police said Sanchez was wearing earphones when he tried to cross the tracks southbound and was hit by the train.
