The WSP said a 70-year-old woman driving north on Chuckanut Drive was trying to make a left turn onto Sunset Drive when she collided with a southbound motorcyclist

Bow, WA – Freddy Blondel, 57, of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, was killed in a motorcycle collision near Bow in Skagit County on Sunday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck took place in the area of Chuckanut Drive and Sunset Road at about 2:21 p.m. June 23.
The WSP said a 70-year-old woman driving north on Chuckanut Drive was trying to make a left turn onto Sunset Drive when she collided with a southbound motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist, identified as Blondel, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
WSP said drugs or alcohol were not factors in the crash, which was caused by failure to yield.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
