Fresno Accident on Blythe Avenue near North Avenue Results in Minor Injuries

Fresno, California (August 31, 2021) – Minor injuries were reported Tuesday afternoon following a traffic collision on an interstate in Fresno, the California Highway Patrol said.
At around 12:04 p.m., on August 31, the CHP received a crash report involving a Toyota minivan and tractor on South Blythe Avenue.
The collision occurred in the afternoon when the minivan tried to pass the slower-moving tractor. In the process, the minivan hit the tractor.
Due to the impact, the Toyota slammed into a power pole and acquired both front and rear damage.
Minor Injury Fresno Accident
At least one unidentified person, a male party, sustained minor injuries, including bleeding from his head following the crash.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove both wrecked vehicles away from the crash site.
The CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
