1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Fresno Car Accident at S Chestnut Avenue and E North Avenue
Fresno, California (February 18, 2022) – At least one person was hurt after a car ran a red light and crashed into another Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Fresno, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at about 12:21 p.m. at S Chestnut Avenue and E North Avenue.
As per the report, a Toyota Camry ran the red light and hit a Honda Civic. The Honda also hit a business fence after the first impact.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.
The report said at least one person sustained minor injuries. The patient was helped by the paramedics. It was not clear if the party was hospitalized.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
