William Seidel Jr. Dies in Granada Hills Crash on 5 Freeway near 210 Freeway
Granada Hills, California (October 24, 2021) – William Seidel Jr., 42, of Stevenson Ranch, has been identified as the man who was killed in a Sunday morning motorcycle accident in Granada Hills.
The deadly motorcycle accident occurred at about 5:24 a.m. on the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway, north of the Foothill (210) Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Seidel was riding a 2000 Honda CBR 600 northbound on the freeway when he collided with a pickup truck while changing lanes.
He was ejected from the motorcycle and was subsequently struck by passing vehicles.

The motorcyclist passed away at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
