One Injured in Griffith Park Crash on Golden State (5) Freeway at Los Feliz Boulevard
Griffith Park, California (February 13, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a collision involving a big rig in Griffith Park on Sunday evening, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident took place on Golden State (5) Freeway at Los Feliz Boulevard at about 5:30 p.m.
CHP said the big rig was involved in the crash with two other vehicles and jackknifed on the northbound side of the freeway.
At Least 1 Hurt in Griffith Park Crash on 5 Freeway
At least one person was taken to a hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
The northbound lanes of the freeway were expected to be closed for several hours for the investigation.
The incident remained under investigation.
