Guadelupe Sanchez-Castellanos Killed in Highway 101 Accident in Rohnert Park
Rohnert Park, California (October 15, 2021) – Guadelupe Sanchez-Castellanos, 23, of Santa Rosa died following a crash involving a wrong-way driver in Rohnert Park on Friday morning, according to authorities.
The crash was reported at around 4:45 a.m. on Highway 101, north of the Golf Course Drive off-ramp.
According to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, David Stubbers, 26, of San Diego was driving a Ford Edge northbound on the southbound off-ramp when he collided with a Mazda 3 driven by Sanchez-Castellanos.

Sanchez-Castellanos was extricated from his vehicle by firefighters and rushed to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Stubbers was also taken to hospital and later arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He was booked into the Main Adult Detention Facility in Santa Rosa.
The CHP is conducting an investigation into the accident.
