Rider Hospitalized after Hesperia Motorcycle Crash at Mauna Loa Street and Balsam Avenue

Hesperia, California (March 12, 2022) – A motorcyclist was airlifted to a trauma center after a crash that happened Friday evening at an intersection in Hesperia, as per a local news source.
A black motorcycle and a two-door silver Honda collided at around 6:34 p.m. on March 11 at Mauna Loa Street and Balsam Avenue.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene.
The firefighters found the male rider in a condition that necessitated transport by an air ambulance. They requested a helicopter that airlifted the motorcyclist to a trauma center.
The female driver of the Honda was unhurt. She remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
