Phelan, Calif. – A 23-year-old Hispanic man was struck, killed in a pedestrian accident near Sheep Creek Road in Phelan Friday evening.
The wreck was reported at around 6:43 p.m. on March 8 near Sheep Creek Road and Nyack Road.
