A vehicle was traveling west on Dakota Avenue when it failed to stop for a red light and collided with another vehicle at the Fresno Street intersection

Fresno, CA.- Injuries were reported in a hit-and-run crash that happened in Fresno on Monday night, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The incident took place on Fresno Street and Dakota Avenue shortly before 11 p.m. June 16.
A vehicle was traveling west on Dakota Avenue when it failed to stop for a red light and collided with another vehicle at the Fresno Street intersection.
The occupants of the second vehicle were transported to hospital with significant injuries.
The westbound driver reportedly fled the scene on foot.
