Woman Injured in Irvine Crash on Barranca Parkway and Jamboree Road
Irvine, California (April 29, 2022) – A woman was injured in a car collision that took place in Irvine early Friday morning, according to the Irvine Police Department.
The wreck happened at around 12:12 a.m. April 29, on Barranca Parkway and Jamboree Road.
Police said a silver four-door sedan and a white or light gray sedan were involved in the incident.
A woman was trapped in the gray sedan following the incident.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and used the Jaws of Life to extricate the woman from the wreckage.

The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.
A second party who may have been injured in the crash declined medical transport.
