Minor Injuries Suffered in Irvine Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Highway 133
Irvine, California (December 31, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning in Irvine, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three vehicles collided at about 4:55 a.m. on northbound 5 Freeway under Highway 133.
Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after receiving reports of the crash.
At the scene, the responders found at least one person with minor injuries.
The report did not mention the cause of the accident.
One of the vehicles, a Honda Civic, was towed away with a broken front tire.
CHP is investigating the incident.
