James Evans, Edward Santiago and Gudeglia Santiago Injured in Los Molinos Car Crash on Highway 99 near Tehama Vina Road
Tehama County, California (November 20, 2021) – A man was injured in a head-on collision early Thursday morning in Los Molinos, Tehama County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened on State Route 99 near Tehama Vina Road at around 2:15 a.m., November 18.
Saul Santiago, 46, of Sparks, Nevada was driving a 2018 Toyota 4Runner northbound on Highway 99 when he drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2006 Chevy Silverado driven by James Evans, 31 of Oroville.

Evans sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Enloe Medical Center in Chico.
23-year-old Edward Santiago and 43-year-old Gudeglia Santiago, both of Sparks, were transported to Enloe Medical Center with moderate injuries.
Saul Santiago suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Elizabeth Community Hospital.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
