Reportedly, Ruff was struck by a train in the area in unclear circumstances
Bakersfield, CA. – 63-year-old James Tilton Ruff was identified as a victim killed in a pedestrian crash on Truxtun Avenue in Bakersfield earlier this month.
According to the authorities, the wreck happened at around 7:12 a.m. on May 2 on East Truxtun Avenue and Baker Street.
Reportedly, Ruff was struck by a train in the area in unclear circumstances.
Ruff was rushed to Kern Medical, where he later died.
More details regarding the mishap were not provided.
