The police said a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Gutierrez, was speeding when it rear-ended a 2003 Ford Mustang, driven by Harvie Villines, 52 of Naches, and his passengers, Harry Cline, 32, and Nichole Villines
Yakima, Wash. – 20-yea-old Jazmine Gutierrez of Union Gap was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Yakima early Saturday morning.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the wreck was reported at around 2:35 a.m. on Interstate 82.
The police said a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Gutierrez, was speeding when it rear-ended a 2003 Ford Mustang, driven by Harvie Villines, 52 of Naches, and his passengers, Harry Cline, 32, and Nichole Villines.
Gutierrez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Mustang occupants were not injured.
The cause of the mishap remains under investigation.
