Stanton, CA.- Jeffrey DeLaRosa, 66, was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Stanton on Sunday night, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
The accident took place at about 8:30 p.m. June 22, in the area of Katella Avenue and Date Street.
According to the report, DeLaRosa was struck by a vehicle believed to be a white 2007 Nissan Rogue that was last seen traveling east on Katella Avenue.
DeLaRosa died of injuries sustained in the accident.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department is conducting an investigation into the collision.
