County, California (January 4, 2021) – Jose Angel Ramirez, 20, was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a traffic collision that left two other people injured Sunday evening in Napa County, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, January 2, on Highway 29 near Oakville.

As per the local news report, Ramirez, a resident of Napa, was driving southbound on Highway 29 when he made an unsafe turn into the northbound lane, where his vehicle collided with an oncoming car.

Two occupants of the northbound vehicle sustained minor injuries and were treated at the crash site.

Ramirez was booked into Napa County Jail on felony DUI charges.

The crash remains under investigation.
