DPS said Brock was walking on the road when he was hit by a passenger vehicle
Tucson, AZ – The man who was killed on Friday in a pedestrian accident in Tucson has been identified as Joseph Anthony Brock III, of Bakersfield, California, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The deadly accident happened around 3:30 a.m. on July 25 on Interstate 19 near KM 17.
DPS said Brock was walking on the road when he was hit by a passenger vehicle.
Brock was killed in the accident.
The driver of the vehicle was not impaired at the time of the accident.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
