Bullhead City, AZ – Authorities have identified the operator of a motorcycle that was killed in a crash at an intersection in Bullhead City Sunday night as Joshua Dean, 45, of Bullhead City.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the incident was occurred at around 8:30 p.m. on June 8 at Adobe Road and Mohave Drive.
Reports revealed that Dean was riding a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle when for unknown reasons he crashed into a dirt embankment.
Dean and his female passenger was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center with severe injuries before both being subsequently airlifted to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV for further treatment.
Dean was pronounced dead four days. The female passenger was released .
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
