Juan Gutierrez Hurt in San Miguel Accident on Indian Valley Road
San Miguel, California (April 6, 2022) – Juan M. L. Gutierrez, 40, of San Miguel, was injured in a deadly accident that happened in San Miguel on Monday afternoon, according to the authorities
The wreck happened at about 3:35 p.m. April 4, on Indian Valley Road at Vineyard Canyon Road.
A Mazda 3 was traveling north on Indian Valley Road when it made a left turn at Vineyard Canyon Road and crashed head-on into a southbound Chevrolet Silverado driven by Gutierrez.
A passenger in the Mazda, a 24-year-old Paso Robles man, was killed in the accident.

The driver of the Mazda, Noah Calvin, 19, of Bradley, was taken to a San Luis Obispo hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Gutierrez was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
