At Least 1 Killed in State Route 79 Crash near Lake Cuyamaca in Julian
Julian, California (April 16, 2022) – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Saturday morning near Julian in San Diego County, as per a local news source.
The accident took place at around 10:50 a.m. on State Route 79 near Lake Cuyamaca.
CHP said two motorcycles and two cars collided just north of the Lake Cuyamaca Restaurant & Store.
First responders pronounced at least one person dead at the scene, prompting the Medical Examiner's Office to respond.
