Justin was ejected from his car and was pronounced dead at the accident scene

San Jose, CA. – Justin Thomas Malvas, 24, has been identified as the man who died in a car crash last week in San Jose.
The fatal collision happened around 11:15 a.m. on May 24, on Highway 101 near the Blossom Hill Road exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Justin was driving his Honda sedan northbound in the southbound lanes when he crashed head-on into a big rig truck.
Justin was ejected from his car and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More than 100 gallons of fuel spilled from the big rig onto Highway 101.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
