At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Kyburz Car Crash on Highway 50 and Riverside Drive
Kyburz, California (December 12, 2021) – Major injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle accident that happened in Kyburz in El Dorado County on Friday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported on Highway 50 and Riverside Drive just after 8:30 p.m. December 11.
CHP said a gray sedan, a white van, and a blue Nissan Versa were involved in the collision.
At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in Kyburz Crash on Highway 50
Emergency crews responded to the incident and found at least one patient with major injuries. The patient was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
It's unclear whether other involved parties were injured.
Lanes were closed in the area following the collision.
The CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the wreck.
