31-Year-Old Lauren Barrett Among 3 Injured in Napa County Crash on Silverado Trail
Napa County, California (July 8, 2022) – 31-year-old Lauren Barrett of Sebastopol was among three people seriously injured in a traffic collision that took place in Napa County Wednesday afternoon, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
At around 3:25 p.m. on July 6, David Massaro, 34, of Sebastopol, was reportedly driving a 2014 Volkswagen south on the Silverado Trail when he struck the left side of a 2002 Honda pulling out of a driveway.
The wreck happened south of Wappoo Hill Road at about 3:25 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6.
Both drivers and Barrett, who was a passenger in the Volkswagen, were all taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment of major injuries.
The crash caused a closure of the Silverado Trail as authorities cleared the scene. The incident is under investigation.
