At Least One Injured in Santa Rosa Collision on Highway 12

, California (December 9, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that took place on in Santa Rosa on Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred on Highway 12 near Farmers Lane on Tuesday, December 7.

CHP said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Injuries Reported in Santa Rosa Crash on Highway 12

Emergency crews responded to the scene and found one person with minor injuries.

One of the vehicles was driven from the scene while the second was towed.

A third driver in a white Subaru crashed into a tow and a CHP vehicle at the scene moments later. 

That driver, identified as Timothy Duba, 71, of Santa Rosa, was transported to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Duba was also arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The incident is under investigation.
