Leo Tolliver Killed in Interstate 15 Collision near Sierra Avenue in Fontana
San Bernardino, California (October 9, 2021) – Leo Chance Tolliver Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Riverside, was killed in a car crash early Thursday morning on the 15 Freeway in Fontana.
The deadly collision happened at about 12:37 a.m. October 7, on southbound Interstate 15 near the Sierra Avenue exit.
The California Highway Patrol said the man was driving a black Scion TC sedan when he rear-ended a black Dodge Ram pickup truck.
The man was ejected from the vehicle and was struck by two other vehicles and was dragged about 50 feet before being dislodged.

Tolliver Jr. died at the scene of the accident, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
Additional information about the accident was yet to be availed.
The CHP San Bernardino Office is investigating the accident.
