Liam Gonzalez Killed in San Bernardino County Accident on National Trails Highway and Hodge Road
San Bernardino County, California (February 22, 2022) – The person who was killed in a crash that happened on the National Trails Highway near Hodge Road in San Bernardino County has been identified as Liam Gonzalez, a 10-month-old from Helendale.
The tragic collision occurred at around 8:16 p.m. February 21.
Authorities said a semi and a pickup truck were involved in the head-on collision.

Gonzalez was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two other parties were trapped and were taken to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The roadway was closed for hours as crews worked at the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
