Rider Seriously Injured in Livermore Motorcycle Crash on Del Valle Road near Del Valle Regional Park
Livermore, California (April 7, 2022) – A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after a crash that happened Thursday evening near Del Valle National Park in Livermore, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident happened at around 7:30 p.m. on Del Valle Road at Mile Marker 1.2, about half a mile from the park.
A black Yamaha RS motorcycle and a Hyundai Elantra were involved in the collision.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and requested an air ambulance to transport the motorcyclist to the hospital. The rider sustained severe injuries.
Officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
