At Least 1 Killed in Lodi Crash on State Route 12 near Peatland Road
Lodi, California (April 4, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a crash involving a big rig in Lodi on Friday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred in the westbound lanes of State Route 12 near Peatland Road on Friday, April 1.
According to CHP, a big rig slammed into the side of a sedan for unknown reasons.

Oil was spilled from the big rig following the impact of the accident.
One person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The identity of the deceased party was not immediately released.
An investigation into the incident is under investigation.
