At Least 1 Killed in Long Beach Car Crash on 710 Freeway at 405 Freeway
Long Beach, California (April 18, 2022) – At least one person was killed in an early Monday morning crash that happened in Long Beach, the California Highway Patrol reported.
At least two vehicles were involved in the accident at around 1:08 a.m. on northbound 710 Freeway at 405 Freeway.
The vehicles were blocking traffic lanes after the wreck.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and diverted all northbound 710 Freeway traffic off to 405 Freeway.
Authorities said at least one person died in the crash.
Details about the cause and manner of the accident remained unknown at the time of the report.
An investigation is ongoing.
