1 Killed, 3 Injured in Los Alamitos Crash on Katella Avenue and Los Alamitos Boulevard
Los Alamitos, California (March 3, 2022) – One person was killed and several others injured in a multi-car collision at Katella Avenue and Los Alamitos Boulevard in Los Alamitos Thursday evening.
According to the Los Alamitos Police Department, the crash involved eight cars and occurred at around 6:15 p.m.

A man in one of the cars was killed in the collision. A dog in his car, a yellow Labrador Retriever, was also killed.
Emergency crews extricated two people who were trapped in the wreckage.
The two were taken to hospital for treatment.
A third injured party declined treatment.
Police are working to find out what caused the deadly accident in Los Alamitos.
