Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Los Banos Crash at Pioneer Road and Ortigalita Road
Los Banos, California (December 16, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car Wednesday evening at an intersection in Los Banos, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The major injury crash happened at around 5:42 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, at the intersection of Pioneer Road and Ortigalita Road.
According to the CHP, a 2021 green Honda Rebel 1110 motorcycle collided with a black Honda Civic at the Los Banos intersection near Highway 33.
Major Injury Crash in Los Banos
First responders found the motorcycle rider lying down on the road and suffering from major injuries. The patient was then airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
There were no details about the driver of the car.
The intersection was blocked due to the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
