Madera, California (October 18, 2021) – Major injuries were sustained Monday morning following a traffic collision on a highway in Madera, a local news source reported.
The multi-vehicle crash took place on Highway 145 at Avenue 7 at approximately 6:30 a.m. on October 18.
Although it was not established how the collision occurred, a green or gray Chevrolet van acquired major front-end damage after crashing with the other two unspecified vehicles on the roadway.
The van driver was trapped inside the wreckage and had to be rescued by firefighters who arrived at the scene shortly after the accident.
