At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in Manteca Car Accident on Highway 120 and Yosemite Avenue
Manteca, California (August 30, 2022) – Major injuries were reported in a rollover collision that occurred in Manteca on Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at around 2:52 p.m. on August 29, on Highway 120 at the Yosemite Avenue on ramp.
According to the report, two vehicles are believed to have collided with a big rig truck, then both rolled down the embankment.
The two vehicles came to a rest on their roofs in the embankment and at least two parties were trapped in the wreckage.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated the trapped parties.
At least one person reportedly suffered major injuries in the collision.
Further details on the collision were not immediately released.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
