The collision occurred around 7:34 p.m. on southbound Highway 99w, also known as Frontage Road, near Ware Road just north of The Morning Star Packing Company.

Williams, CA. – At least one person was severely injured in a semi-truck accident that happened Friday evening in Williams, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision occurred around 7:34 p.m. on southbound Highway 99w, also known as Frontage Road, near Ware Road just north of The Morning Star Packing Company.
Authorities said a semi-truck with two trailers and a sedan were involved in the collision. The sedan overturned onto its roof in the ditch, and the big rig ended up in the ditch near railroad tracks.
Sheriff's deputies and firefighters from Colusa County responded to the scene and found one person in need of extrication.
At least one person was transported to the hospital with major injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
