Contra Costa, CA. – Authorities are investigating a serious injury two-vehicle collision on State Route 4 in Contra Costa Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 5:51 a.m. on the eastbound Highway 4 just east of Hillcrest Avenue off-ramp.
